with Divinity
in the silent
center of my heart~

For the quieting
of all noise
and the stilling
of all activity~

That I may
perceive and adore
the exquisite delicacy
of the Sacred Heart
of All Existence~

To feel the warm
and steady pulse
of Everlasting Life
and the impossible sweetness
of Unfailing Love~

Let the world spin without me.
Let me be dizzy only in Your Love.

To tremble
at the tenderness
of Your Touch
and shudder
at the power
of Your Gaze~
