All the Wealth of Life
is contained in a single moment
of warm sun upon the neck.
A deep breath
and full release
of all that’s held so tightly tamed.
O God~
we’re made for so much more
than our endless litanies
of shoulds and should nots
and all we endure in our refusing to live.
Blessed are You
in The Call to Life!
In the open sky,
in the fecund earth,
in the sea whose roar
is felt within the soul!
For every Invitation
You extend with Love,
in Your Desire as our Truest Friend,
